Community coalitions continue weekly events in both Launceston and Hobart
Launceston 12 – 2 pm – check for location, which varies between Civic Square and Invermay / Goderich intersection. April 6 is at Civic Square Launceston for Palestine
Hobart 11 am – Corner Davey and Campbell Streets. April 6 will include a March from 12 to Salamanca Place.
*Tell the Australian government what you think of their appalling decisions about visas for people from Gaza and contrast this with the way people from Kosovo were treated, with temporary visas and financial support.
Tell them you approve of the belated decision to reinstate funding to UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) – the key agency for providing humanitarian services to Palestinians.
Urge them to take more assertive action in support for the UN ceasefire resolution.
Contact the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister to let them know your views.
