Have your say on the East Derwent Highway
We are asking the community for their feedback on East Derwent Highway from Bridgewater to the Bowen Bridge.
We want to hear about people’s experiences on the highway to help us develop a long-term plan for this important transport route.
The East Derwent Highway Planning Study will assess the 13.5 kilometre section of the East Derwent Highway from the Midland Highway roundabout at Bridgewater, to the eastern end of the Bowen Bridge. It will identify opportunities for improvements and ensure the highway can meet future transport needs.
We are asking for your input to help us identify areas along this section of the East Derwent Highway which require our attention. We want to know your experience of using the road and potential opportunities for improvements.
Consultation is open until 14 August 2023.
