TASMANIA TO HOST SOUTH AUSTRALIA IN WNCL FINAL
Tasmania will face South Australia in the 2022/23 Women’s National Cricket League Final on Saturday, 25 February following the final round of regular season matches completed yesterday.
The Tigers will host the final at Blundstone Arena in Hobart after finishing on top of the WNCL table with 10 wins from their 12 matches. South Australia secured their place in the decider with a final-over victory over Queensland.
After winning the WNCL for the first time last year, Tasmania will have the opportunity to become only the second team after NSW to win back-to-back titles.
The final will commence at 2.05 AEDT and be broadcast live on the Cricket Australia Live App in addition to Foxtel and Kayo. Entry is free for fans wishing to attend in Hobart.
