Applications Open for Tasmanian Leaders Program
The Tasmanian Leaders Program delivers lasting benefits to participants, their organisations and the wider community.
Delivered intensively over ten months, the program fast tracks participants leadership capacity through a winning combination of multi-day residentials and linking sessions that explore issues of significance for Tasmania’s future.
The program is aimed at high potential leaders with a strong drive to become more effective and willing to help make Tasmania a better place for everyone.
From now until 1 October 2021, we are inviting applications from people from a broad spectrum of sectors and experiences.

These live webinars will cover everything from the application process, through to program design and benefits for participants and their organisations. It will also provide you with the opportunity to speak with past participants who will share with you their experiences of the program and its impact.

Scholarships
Tasmanian Leaders values and encourages a diversity of people, perspectives and opinions in shaping Tasmania’s future. We understand that to achieve this, access to leadership development and leadership opportunities for all members of the community is the key.
We are pleased to offer the following scholarships for the 2022 Tasmanian Leaders Program:
- The Select Foundation Scholarship provides full funding for a Tasmanian who lives with disability
- The TasNetworks Scholarship covers the employer fee for an Aboriginal person.
In addition, the Tasmanian Leaders Board is offering part scholarships for an entrepreneur in a small business and the same for someone within a small Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation.
