Outcome of Police Referral
I have received advice from the Police Commissioner in relation to a referral made by Ella Haddad MP regarding the Health Minister Michael Ferguson.
The Commissioner advises that having reviewed the referral by Ms Haddad, Tasmania Police has not identified any grounds for an investigation.
The Labor Party should now cease baseless claims in relation to this matter.
