Letter to the Editor on Huon Valley poll …
Dear Editor
The Huon Valley Residents and Ratepayers ,are calling for a brand new group of Councillors to be elected at the forthcoming poll in October.
Most people will agree with that sentiment, as none of us would want to return to how things were done at HVC in the past, with all its factional politics, secrecy, and a lack of proper community consultation .
All of that lead directly to dysfunctional relationships, a Board of Inquiry, and all Councillors being dismissed.
Now we need new talent, vision and approaches ; a fresh group of positive, constructive and cooperative people to make decisions in the best interests of the Community.
