A shipload of sheep left our shores on June 6, heading for hell in the northern summer.

AA’s case against the Dept of Ag is going to trial in the Federal Court this month, arguing that the permit they issued for that ship was unlawful

Due to Emanuel’s licence being suspended, they are now trying to broker a deal with you to ship 60,000 sheep, again into the furnace-like ship conditions sailing into the northern summer.
But, there is an offer on the table from one of Australia’s largest sheep meat processors for these sheep. Not only will he buy them, but he’ll pay to feed them while they remain at the feedlot, prior to going to his on-shore abattoir.

To end the sickening suffering for sheep being cooked alive, and dying in slurries of effluent, ex-industry vet, Dr Lyn Simpson, would slit their throats. The blood of one such sheep spurted, scalding her arm. Please – Do not proceed with any Emanuel deal.

Q&A tonight – Federal MP Sarah Henderson, who is supporting Sussan Ley’s Bill to ban live sheep export, is on the panel tonight. Both delivered excellent speeches to Parliament. Hoping she will have heaps of audience support – both in the studio and via the pull-throughs, twitter, FB, on-line, etc… Both Ministers, and WA Ag Minister, Alannah MacTiernan under attack. Could also be some angry farmers in the audience.
