Village Cinemas, Launceston: June 2, 3, 6, Manon from Royal Opera House
This June, Village Cinemas Launceston will screen a special filmed performance of Macmillan’s iconic ballet Manon from London’s world-renowned Royal Opera House, as part of the exclusive series: Royal Opera House 2017/18 Live Cinema Season.
Screening 2, 3 and 6 June, MacMillan’s telling of Manon and Des Grieux’s tragic love story is a masterpiece of modern ballet, set to music by Massenet.
