Pauline Hanson’s One Nation has announced its support for the federal government’s proposed corporate tax cuts, making their passage through the Senate increasingly likely.
In return for One Nation’s votes, the government will fund a $60 million pilot apprenticeship program for 1000 young people. Hanson said the program would “open up apprenticeships for young people, especially in rural and regional areas”. Labor quickly attacked Hanson’s decision, with Senator Murray Watt calling it One Nation’s “biggest sellout yet” …
