Young Aboriginal Man Clinton Pryor has completed a 5581 km Walk to Share the Concerns of Aboriginal People from Across Australia with the Nation’s Leaders.
A dance of celebration (Corroboree) is now under way near the Aboriginal Tent Embassy at the Parliamentary Triangle in Canberra.
Clinton Pryor remains strong despite an acutely sore knee, politics and exhaustion.
A throng representing aboriginal communities joined him for final 10 km stretch of 5581 km walk from the Heirisson Island on the Indian Ocean, WA to the Pacific Ocean and up to Canberra.
Several hundred to a thousand supporters have gathered to welcome the young aboriginal “spirit walker” at the Aboriginal Tent Embassy in Parkes on a blustery grey day.
NITV on Facebook have live-streamed speeches around a ceremonial fire and a Corroboree (aboriginal dance of celebration) is about to begin.
