Sunday 20 August marks 8 years since the arrest of Susan Neill-Fraser
A group of Sue’s supporters will hold a vigil for her in Parliament Gardens
Saturday 19 August 2017 11 am until noon.
(STILL) No body, No weapon, No witnesses, No credible motive
Bob Chappell went missing on January 26 2009 from their yacht moored off Battery Point and his body never found. Susan Neill-Fraser was arrested on 20 August 2009 for his murder and sent to jail, having been refused bail. Sue spent 14 months at Risdon Women’s Prison until the case went to trial in October 2010.
Supporters of Susan Neill-Fraser (Neill-Fraser Support Group) have consistently argued that the trial outcome was an unsafe verdict and that a serious miscarriage of Justice has occurred in Sue’s case.
The Support Group remain solidly behind Sue and show continued support for her.
