An exhibition of contemporary artworks by some of Tasmania’s exciting graphic designers
opens at Moonah Arts Centre at 6pm on Thursday 9 February.
Back Burner gives us a rare glimpse into the passions, hidden talents and creativity of Hobart
based commercial graphic designers.
Over 20 designers have been let loose to create art that reflects concepts or artistic
techniques that have been simmering away on the ‘back burner’, sometimes for years.
See them spread their creative, aesthetic and theoretic wings in a dynamic display of various
media.
Exhibiting artists: Bec Adamczewski, Kelly Eijdenberg, Cathy McAuliffe, Simon Westlake, Nat
Jeanneret, Luke Morgan, Megan Perkins Kit Whyte, Julie Hawkins, Peta Owen, Holly Webber,
