2016 ACSA National Summit – Hobart, 6-9 September

Over 700 people from across the Australian aged care sector will gather at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart from this evening to discuss the aged care reforms occurring nationally, the reality for services on the ground and how the industry can continue to thrive in an ever-changing environment.

The 2016 ACSA National Summit delegation will be addressed by the Minister for Health and Aged Care, The Hon. Sussan Ley MP and the Shadow Minister for Ageing, The Hon. Julie Collins MP, before the first official presentation from Dan Gregory, CEO of The Impossible Institute from 5.25pm.

ACSA CEO Pat Sparrow said the Summit would bring together some of the industry’s best and brightest minds.

“The Summit presents the perfect opportunity for our nation’s aged care leaders to get together, share ideas and create strong partnerships that will help strengthen their own organisations and in turn, the quality of services provided to our older Australians,” she said.

“We’re looking forward to a week of thought-provoking and stimulating discussion about our industry and the health and wellbeing of the people we serve.”
