To assist families and individuals affected by the devastating floods which have gripped the state, MyState has offered a flood relief package to existing customers affected by the floods.

MyState Managing Director and CEO Melos Sulicich said the flood relief package will hopefully go some way towards easing the pressure on Tasmanian MyState customers.

“As part of the package, MyState will work with affected customers to assist them with restructuring their loans to provide financial relief if required,” said Mr Sulicich.

“MyState will waive interest penalties for affected customers wishing to withdraw term deposits.

“We are also working with our insurer CGU to support affected MyState home and contents insurance customers in their time of need.”

Any MyState insurance customers wishing to make an insurance claim are urged to do so by calling 13 24 80 as soon as possible, or to take advantage of the flood relief package call MyState directly on 138 001.
