The Supreme Court has today dismissed Venture Minerals’ application to have Save the Tarkine placed into liquidation.
“The Court has made the right decision today. Save the Tarkine is not, and never has been insolvent”, said Save the Tarkine Campaign Coordinator, Scott Jordan.
“Venture Minerals has acted in haste in an attempt to silence us. For twenty-one years we have defended the Tarkine, and we have no intention of stopping.”
