I am pleased to advise that tomorrow evening, Tuesday 8 December, the ABC 7:30 Report is planning to run a segment on some of the issues arising from the South Australian Miscarriage of Justice cases. It is time that we had a national conversation about the issue of miscarriages of justice and the new right of appeal, so this could be a great start.

After the overturning of the conviction of Henry Keogh we now have 3 more of South Australia’s major cases heading back to the appeal court for review.
