Recruitment difficulties is a longstanding problem that goes back years. That’s precisely why we are re-designing what is obviously a broken system.

The recruitment advertisements demonstrate it’s not a resourcing problem, it’s a system problem, which again is why we’re re-designing it.

The re-design of the child protection system is progressing and recommendations will be incorporated into the next budget.
