2015’s Dog’s Day Out heralds the return of the Poochibald Art Prize. Featuring paintings and drawings by artistic dog enthusiasts for dog loving art enthusiasts.
With open and junior categories on display in the Schoolhouse Gallery, winners will be announced at the annual Dogs Day Out on Sunday 4th October, 11am – 3pm.
Also happening on the day are a host of activities for the fur children including costume, look-alike and best trick contests, agility challenge, and treats a plenty; there’s loads to keep them entertained.
Whilst there, pet families can listen to music by the Scary Family Band, enjoy RSPCA’s sausage sizzle and peruse the range of services on offer and have a go at dog yoga.
Scott Hunt our resident dog trainer and author will be hosting the show and discussing various elements of dog psychology as well as assisting with the judging.
Got something you want our local vets to have a look at? No worries. Who will win the scruffiest dog or the best dressed contest? Only Dogs Day will tell.
