Doble Outdoors introduces the SCS 200t; the worlds first, fully patented solar powered illuminated tent pole that can also recharge your phones and USB powered devices.
Trialled and tested in some of the harshest and unforgiving places on earth, from the Australian outback and beautiful Australian beaches to African savannahs and the war torn Middle East in UN sponsored refugee camps.
From the first ‘light bulb’ moment of innovator Simon Doble whilst camping on the iconic North Shore of Noosa in Queensland with his family, the team at Doble Outdoors has worked hard around the globe to bring world leading solar and recharging technology to where it all began; Australian campsites.
The Doble Outdoors SCS range includes a telescopic stainless steel tent pole, the SCS 200t, which will illuminate your entire camp area, awning or tent, with the built-in LED’s and batteries, whilst still maintaining the structural integrity of a sturdy tent pole. It can recharge your USB devices, phones etc. and be recharged by the sun through the SCS solar panel. The lights can run for up to 250 hours between charge and the batteries can be recharged up to 4000 times.
The SCS solar panel is also very unique in how it sits on the top of the SCS 200t: it captures the maximum benefit of the sun whilst conveniently sitting out of the way.
A smaller, more portable light, the SCS 100p is also being launched. Like the SCS 200t, the SCS 100p is made of highly robust stainless steel and has the same recharging capabilities.
