The Liberal Government is committed to growing the economy and tackling the jobs crisis.
Working with the business community is a key part of our plan for the future of Tasmania and I welcome the announcement of the 2014 Tasmanian Employers of Choice awards.
The standard of entries for the Employer of Choice Awards this year was extremely high and as a result we have been able to recognise 15 great workplaces.
This brings the total number of Employers of Choice to 56, employing a total of around 11,500 Tasmanians.
We are focused on growing our economy and it is great to see more businesses recognised for helping us achieve this goal.
The Liberal Government is committed to ensuring we have the workforce we need to generate economic prosperity which will benefit all Tasmanians.
Workplaces that can attract and retain highly skilled, productive and creative people will drive innovation and economic growth for Tasmania.
