It’s nearly 12 years (Oct) since a tiny gnat with a couple of readers – but an impressive list of writers from Richard Flanagan, to Pete Hay, Hilary McPhee and then-Liberal Leader Bob Cheek – entered the meedja landscape.

And we’re still here, with a slightly bigger readership …

TT couldn’t have got this far – and we’ve only just started – without you guyzzzz, beloved readers, and your years of support.

We need it again!

Tassietimes believes in the Free World, and the encouragement of free Citizen Journalism. Half the ads are gratis; the principal Editor works for (his accountant estimates, $3 an hour; but gets in return vast meaning and purpose; Joy!x) and is supported by his missus; but the constant need to update and redesign and buy more Bandwidth (this is good, not bad!) means we’re getting a bit short in the coffers. We also like to Tithe … give away 10 per cent of income, principally to James and Anna Dryburgh’s help for poor in El Salvador …

If you are able to whack us a few cents, that would be simply, wonderful. Perhaps you might ponder a regular monthly contribution as one regular reader does.
