In the lead up to Ten Days’ highly anticipated Spiegeltent extravaganza, Tasmania’s Smolt restaurant and
Domaine A Stoney Vineyard will toast to the upcoming event’s free Outdoor Lounge, where visitors are
invited to sample produce from a host of local suppliers.
Smolt and Domaine A will set up shop in the Outdoor Lounge, alongside some of the state’s finest food
and beverage vendors, including Cascade, Written on Tea, Greek cuisine by the Estia Festival, Big Bessie,
Clover Hill and Tasman Quartermasters. Open from 5pm weekdays and 10.30am weekends and public
holidays, admission to the Outdoor Lounge is free, providing an opulent space to soak up the Spiegeltent
experience with family and friends.
Spiegeltent runs from 6-23 March 2014 on the forecourt of Hobart’s iconic Princes Wharf no.1 (PW1),
kicking off with a FREE opening night celebration on Thursday, 6 March 2014 featuring local jazz trio Les
Coqs Incroyables, Italian magician David Key, Tasmanian-born illusionist Bodane Hatten, Erth’s roving
dinosaurs, DJ Warren Hankey, Launceston band The Embers, performances by Cantina cast members, and
