Dear Sir

Enough is enough of the green social reform agenda in our state. Tasmanians are fed up. They want the government to focus on jobs and the economy.

The push for same-sex marriage was rejected at the recent federal election, at Legislative Council elections last May, in the Legislative Council last year and again this week.

It’s time to move on.

Marriage is a bedrock institution between a man and woman. It is worthy of protection. Same-sex marriage would deny a child the right to both a mum and a dad. Both are important.
