Author Simon Carey Holt is a trained chef, teacher, social researcher, minister of religion and homemaker.
In his book, Eating Heaven, Simon explores the role of eating in our search for meaning and community.
This book will be of interest to people who love food; who engage in discussion on society and our sense of belonging; and who enjoy good writing.
Simon is senior Minister of Melbourne’s Collins Street Baptist Church.
