Regional and rural real estate group, Landmark Harcourts, shone at the recent Harcourts National Awards with a number of salespeople featuring strongly.
At the event, which was held at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast, they scooped up 3 of the awards in the Top 20 Sales Consultant category.
Tasmanian agent Michael Warren from Landmark Harcourts Tasmania was one of the standout performers recognised for his sale’s achievements over the past 12 months.
To put these awards into perspective one needs to understand that Mr Warren has competed against 1100 real estate agents within Australia and over 5100 internationally. To receive a Top 20 award places him in the top 2% of agents in the Harcourts group.
Mr Warren placed 17th in the Top 20 Sales Consultant category. Michael is a director of Landmark Harcourts Tasmania and he specialises in selling only rural property of more than 40 hectares.
