I have a block of land under contract that I was led to believe was residential.
I later found out it was rural resource. I can pull out of the contract if I wish.
I believe this Protection of Agricultural Land (PAL) policy is against common law.
Are there any Tasmanians fighting this law? Is there a class action to fight PAL policy in the courts?
Will we ever be able to build on these properties?
Can the councils, governments using their statute stop us law from building on these properties if we used more powerful common law to fight it?
Can I buy the block and tell the authorities to get stuffed or what?
