Future Tasmania is planning a forum for 2012, as part of the Australian Government’s Year of the Farmer, and the United Nation’s Year of the Cooperative, focused on new economics in times of change.
The forum is scheduled for September of this year and planning is underway to focus on what Tasmania needs to do to create resilience and healthy economies in spite of the economic crisis.
As a lead-up to the forum, Future Tasmania is running several events through its “Leadership in Focus” series.
The first of these is this Wednesday evening, in Cascades.
