Summer Music In Tolosa Park 2012
Summer Music In Tolosa Park 2012 kicks off on Sunday the 29th of January with the ever popular Jazz in the Park.
Jazz in the Park covers the full gamut of jazz, from traditional to contemporary tunes.
Presented by the Hobart Jazz Club, patrons can stretch out and enjoy the sounds of the Blue Channel Jazz Ensemble; David Squires and Friends; The Mia Palencia Band and the Jazz Executives in a fine four hour concert in one of Tasmania’s premiere outdoor music venues.
Highlights of the day include the Blue Channel Jazz Ensemble formed in 2005, performing traditional New Orleans Jazz. Their music is happy, infectious and audience orientated. Mia Palencia will bring a touch of class to the day long program with fine vocals and that bossa nova feel – perfect summer music.
