Reward: What happened to Bob Chappell?
Susan Neill-Fraser and Bob Chappell
Bob Chappell disappeared under mysterious circumstances from the yacht ‘Four Winds’ sometime between the afternoon of January 26th 2009 and the following morning when the yacht was found sinking on its mooring off Battery Point in Hobart Tasmania.
