The debate about the WARRA Logging Trials is now in the public domain ( Debate on TT, HERE ).
I am posting this discussion paper so that readers get the full story, the true saga that began in the mid 1990s.
I am outcome orientated.
The Discussion Paper prepared by the Southern Forests Community Group, may assist the readers of Tasmanian Times to understand the core issues of community input and responsible forest management and meaningful employment.
It is my view that Forestry Tasmania’s agenda during the RFA process was not to allow such a well thought out plan … with the community given a real chance to participate.
