The photos below shows the Teekoopana Plateau from Google Earth.
It appears that FT are dong a little more than just picking up a bit of left overs from old logging operations in the early 20th century.
Why don’t they come clean on what they are really doing.
Surely they can do a survey of old logging sites and pull the left overs out with a helicopter rather than create open cuts like this.
The photo showing the logging coupe with the track around it is shown in a map in the Teepookana State Forest Draft Management Plan 1990 put out by FT.
