A TASMANIAN artist who stopped over in Santiago is stuck in Chile holding a travel insurance policy that is due to expire.
Bobby-z Lambert was sleeping in a hotel in Santiago on the night of the earthquake.
Parts of the ceiling landed on his bed but he was unhurt.
He made his way to the airport to find it closed.
