A politician’s hymn for Lent
In part, Annie Flint wrote the hymn upon wich all Tasmanian politicians should ponder during these Lenten times and in advance of the people’s poll. She wrote:
“I look not back God knows our fruitless efforts…
The wasted toil…
the sinning..
The regrets….”
