I may vote informal

Posted on

A saying goes: “Politics is the art of compromise”.

It will be a very courageous Nick McKim that would decide to give the Labor Party the nod after 2010…if the Tas Greens are the Government-makers.

And another saying (from the new testament):”By their fruits you will know them.”

After what this Labor administration has done over the last 12 years I am very wary of these chameleons…and the Greens WILL BE in the middle as always.

On the predictions, I would be personally disposed to go with the ‘devil you don’t know’ than the ‘devil we do know’.

Nick, correct me if I’m wrong but Labor’s respect for the poltical Greens is pretty well non-existent. Sure they’re pretty cute at appropriation of ideas without acknowledgement and have resorted to pilfering from others when they are desperate (i.e. run out of ideas).

What ever we each do on 20 March, we will collectively elect politicians!

I will be voting for those who I feel have sound personal ethics, display openness and honest in communication…and if I’m unimpressed with the field of candidates, I’ll vote informal.
