… to protect in particular Tasmania’s forests and not bow to the Logging Companies, the CFMEU and those who lobby his Government with large financial donations so as to continue the exemption of Tasmania’s Old Growth and Native Forests from clear felling. Last year we felled 6 million tonnes of Tasmania’s forests for woodchips, a fact that must make our Prime Minister particularly proud.
