I commend Tim Ellis for his attempts to hold the Tasmanian Government accountable for their misfeasance and outright malfeasance.

And their attempts to cover up for a mates — totally destroying democracy in the scandalous process.

However Tim should realise that they will never convict any government official for illegal acts.

If one official is taken to court they will all have to appear as accessories before, during and after the fact; They realise the truth of Benjamin Franklin’s ,”We must all hang together for I fear, if we do not ,we will all hang separately”.

There can be no democracy when the people do not elect their Magistrates and their Supreme Court and head of the Police Department.

Those appointed by the state government are going to do as the government wishes; this includes prosecuting Tim Ellis for allowing his” attack trained ” little spaniel to get loose.

The Swiss have a democracy – the people can get enough votes to force an election and their referendums become law and part of their written constitution – It is past time for elections; we need insurrection!
