Time to celebrate
For 5 years, as a community we have fought the good fight, to stop this dirty mill.
Despite our government steadfastly ignoring the overwhelming wishes of the people, and the proponent being gifted unbridled support for a private venture, courtesy of the taxpayers, all they have to show for the millions of dollars invested is a clearfelled block of bare earth.
We have helped save Tasmania’s iconic flora and fauna, and for that we should be proud.
The fight remains, but now is a time to celebrate, reflect on family, friendships, and the good within our community.
What better way to celebrate our success, than a cruise along our magnificent Tamar River?
50 places exist @ $90 per person, for a four hour cruise, including an awesome three course buffet meal.
Please advise Dave Groves dave@davegroves.com.au ASAP if you are interested, as the booking needs to be fianalised very soon to assure the success of this “galvanising of community” cruise.
Proceeds will be used to buy swags for the homeless of Tasmania.
