ON
Sunday August 2nd, 2pm
Emeritus Professor and Honorary Research Fellow, Garth Paltridge, will be at Fullers Bookshop to talk about his new book The Climate Caper on Sunday, August 2 at 2pm.
Garth W Paltridge is an atmospheric physicist and was a Chief Research Scientist with the CSIRO Division of Atmospheric Research and he is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science.
The book will be launched by Emeritus Professor Peter Boyce AO.
Professor Paltridge is best known internationally for his work on atmospheric radiation and the theoretical basis of climate change.
He argues in his book that the public at large are not aware of dissent in the scientific world about climate change and discusses the conscious and sub conscious forces to ensure that scepticism within the scientific community is kept from the public eye.
All are welcome to attend this event.
