Dear Mayor Campbell,

I am a scientist, photographer, and Clarence City Council rate payer. On commission from the Save Ralphs Bay community group I have produced a visual documentary of peoples views on the proposed canal estate development titled – “Our Bay, Our Coast, Our Voice”. It features interviews with local business leaders, politicians from all major parties, rate payers, and regular visitors to our municipality – giving them all a voice on this issue.

You will find a hard copy DVD of this movie set aside for you at the council chambers on Monday morning.

I urge you to listen to these informed and strong views from many of your constituents.

As someone who has scrutinized the proposed development both professionally and personally for over 5 years, and as a rate payer, I urge you in the strongest terms possible to send a clear message that the development proposed by Walker Corp for the Ralphs Bay Conservation Area is not appropriate in our community.

Please VOTE IN SUPPORT OF MOTION A on Monday night. I will also be individually urging every other Alderman to watch this movie and vote accordingly.
