Sea Shepherd Sets Sail!

THIS Saturday the 18th, at noon, the Steve Irwin departs Hobart to repair and prepare to continue the vital work to protect the ocean. You are invited and welcome to come down to dock to give the ship a wave goodbye and good luck.
If you want to help out with final food, equipment or financial donations that would be great but please be aware that the ship is likely to be closed for customs clearance up to an hour before the noon slip. If you know crew and want to say goodbye, be early!
Sea Shepherd and the crew would like to take this moment to thank the people of Hobart and Tasmania for their warm welcome, support and being a beautiful place for a campaign weary crew to recover and renew. Thank you! Hobart is a special place for Sea Shepherd and the fight to stop the whaling south of this wonderful island.
