She is the Minister for the Environment, and I didn’t see her look out the window at the lovely view. She stood there with her back turned to the smoke. Yes, Clive, I would put her in Risdon. How many years do you think she should get? What is an appropriate penalty for climate crime? Crimes against public health. Has not there been a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the EPA and Forestry so that pollution events in public forests (ie controlled by Forestry) will not be investigated by the EPA, but rather handballed on to Forestry itself?
