“Notification document, risk assessment and the removal control plan are forwarded to the relevant regional office of Workplace Standards Tasmania at least 5 working days prior to intended removal work. Workplace Standards Tasmania will issue an “Acknowledgement of notification” document, which will contain any additional requirements”

“Copies of visual clearance certificates and all control and clearance air monitoring results are forwarded to the relevant regional office of Workplace Standards Tasmania within 5 working days of completion of the removal work, these are to be added to the license holders file for future reference”
