You can register for World’s Greatest Shave at www.worldsgreatestshave.com and collect sponsorships leading up to the event. Registered participants can have their hair coloured or shaved for free at the event.

Anyone can attend and have a spray on temporary hair colour for $5 or a clipper cut for $10 .

Every hour of every day at least one person in Australia is diagnosed with leukaemia, lymphoma or myeloma. Every two hours, someone loses their life to blood cancer. Currently, more than 30,000 Australians are living with one of these cancers and only half the adults survive five years after a leukaemia diagnosis. The money raised through World’s Greatest Shave directly supports patients and their families when they need it most. It also goes towards research into better treatments and cures.

A raffle will be conducted and drawn on the day. 1st prize is a Gordon River Cruise for two donated by World Heritage Cruises and two nights’ accommodation donated by Motel Strahan (valued at $470.00).
