So much misinformation …
Pete Godfrey
IAM having trouble reconciling the statements of our new parliament member Mr Hulme ( Here ) and the statements of our Forest Industry with what is happening on the ground in our state.
Mr Hulme says that we are misinformed, apparently Google are misinformed as well because they must be getting their satellite images directly from the Greens office.
This cannot be what is actually happening on the ground in a clever kind and connected state. Or is it that we live in a Cunning Kind of Connected state.
I am not sure what state we are supposed to live in but the state I live in says that what I am seeing is not sustainable and never was.
When will our forest industry be transformed into a sustainable industry focused on high quality sawlog supply with the interests of the next 10 generations taken into account.
Sustainability is not about the present shareholders of a company having fat bank accounts or present politicians having a plush house and an easy retirement.
Tasmania needs a truly sustainable sawlog driven, single stem extraction forest industry.
Wholesale Woodchipping is not delivering any benefits to Tasmania and needs to be stopped.
