Some questions regarding plantation forestry

CAN farmers who are getting ill from forestry sprays or have lost their ground water, crops, services, scenery and face increased fire risks, sue the forestry corporations for some of their loss of production?

Can farmers recoup the extra costs of vermin control; weed infestations, shading etc forced on them by MIS forestry corporations?

Can the general population whose health is impaired or at risk from aerial applied chemical contamination of air or water sue the MIS corporations for loss of health, lifestyle and medical expenses?

Can forestry contractors who have been forced to become unviable or bankrupt by the reducing or cessation of their contracts sue to recoup their losses?
