CURRENTLY, we as FSC* CoC (Chain of Custody) certificate-holders are in the process of FSC verification program in order to confirm compliance of our wood sources with the requirements of FSC controlled wood standard* . For our paper production, we purchase woodchips from Gunns Ltd., in Tasmania, Australia. We recognize their forests in Tasmania as precious resources in the world and also as appropriately managed by Gunns Ltd. Now we are required to conduct verification for their woodchip supplies. You are kindly requested to fill out the questionnaire attached, as FSC verification program includes stakeholder consultation. We appreciate if you could submit the questionnaire via E-mail (fscquestionnaire@ojipaper.co.jp) by January 30, 2009. You are encouraged to supplement the information of the questionnaire with relevant information sources and/or evidences. Questionnaires submitted after the due date are also welcomed and referred in our verification as much as possible.
