DISGRUNTLED investors are taking legal action against one of Australia’s largest managed investment scheme operators. The group has instructed Sydney law firm Dennis & Co to prepare a case against Great Southern, seeking damages for losses arising from six woodlot and two cattle MIS projects. Dennis & Co solicitor Bruce Dennis has written to about 17,000 investors urging them to join the action. Read more here
