Matthew Kaeo Landon-Lane put his hand up, as did many others. PM Rudd spotted him and asked him to ask his question, saying “From experience, I know this will be the killer question” Kaeo spoke from the heart, succinctly, which was in contrast to the adult questioners. He was without notes and he looked the Prime Minister in the eye, with his right hand palm outwards to ask the PM to consider not just jobs, but the environment. Naive? No!
