I ask is it possible to take Forestry Tasmania and its CEO Gordon to Court on behalf of the people of Tasmania for renewing an agreement which is not, in the financial interests of the people of Tasmania? A class action on behalf of Tasmanians for loss of profit from a G B E through collusion over the renewal of an expired loss making contract, on the same terms for a period of 20 years without renegotiation and at Gordons instigation should be good for many millions of dollars. A firm of Melbourne class action lawyers should be approached to investigate the matter as the law in this State has been compromised. The CEO of Forestry Tasmania, Gordon, was previously head of the Pulp Mill Task Force it would appear that he is still active in that role.I am willing to put up 10,000 dollars to set the the matter in motion let us put together a sinking fund all contributions to be acknowledged on Tas Times with all contributers being, pro rata, part of the proposed class action. LET US SEE HOW MUCH POWER CAN BE EXERCISED THROUGH THE INTERNET it may be possible to right a wrong. Read more, Comment here
