Check out page 2, A Letter from the Chairman, “The AGM is to be held on Thursday, 30 October 2008 at 10.30am at Gunns Limited, 78 Lindsay Street, Launceston.
But on page 3, Notice of Annual General Meeting, “Notice is hereby given that the Fifty Seventh Annual General Meeting of Gunns Limited will be held at the offices of Gunns Limited, 78 Lindsay Street, Launceston, Tasmania, on Thursday 31 October 2008 at 10.30am.”
So, is this a ploy to confuse the Shareholders, media and protestors, or is this just the bumblings of an inept Company?
Or, should we wait for the, in Gunns’ case, inevitable alteration to be lodged with ASX?
